Insurance & Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans and accept assignment of insurance benefits as a courtesy to our patients. This means your insurance provider can pay covered portions of treatment directly to our office. Please note that any co-payment or estimated patient portion is due on the day services are provided.
Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs whenever possible. While we do our best to help you maximize your coverage, patients are ultimately responsible for all fees related to their care.

For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, and cash. We want the payment process to be as simple and convenient as possible so you can focus on your dental care with confidence.
Financing Options for Treatment
We understand that some dental treatments can represent a larger financial commitment, especially when multiple procedures or orthodontic care are involved. To help make care more manageable, we offer both third-party financing and in-house payment plan options.
Denta Card Financing
We accept Denta Card financing for patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over time through scheduled payments. This can be a helpful option for larger treatment plans and allows many patients to begin care sooner rather than delaying necessary treatment.
In-House Interest-Free Payment Plans
We also offer in-house interest-free payment plans for qualifying treatment. Our standard in-house plan allows payments to be spread over three months with no interest. For orthodontic treatment, we offer an extended in-house interest-free payment plan of up to twelve months.
These options are designed to provide added flexibility and make it easier for patients and families to move forward with recommended care in a way that works for their budget.

Havanah
Havanah is a young professional who is passionate about oral hygiene and the aesthetics of a smile. She was exposed to dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery at a young age and has grown an interest in this field through her personal experiences.
Born in Singapore and raised in Calgary, Havanah moved to Edmonton in 2014 to start her career. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and is the owner of her own piano teaching company. She has almost ten years of customer service experience, with education in business, child development, and psychology.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the orchestra, attending local festivities, playing board games, and spending time with her family, friends, and Maltipoo.
Kasia
Kasia is an eager Grant Macewan graduate from the registered massage therapy program in 2019. She is passionate about health care and is striving to further her knowledge in both dentistry and massage therapy. In her spare time, she is out at a farm to care for her dog and horses, or at home watching her favourite shows.
Ellyn
Originally from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Ellyn loves spreading happiness with a smile and her up-beat positive attitude. During her free time she enjoys collecting beach rocks (while she’s on vacation) and stuffed animals, nerding out over anime shows and video games, painting, sewing, and binge-watching great Netflix shows with her partner and her two cuddly black cats (Eevee and Benjiro). She is excited to help you with any dental needs you may have.
Ivie
Ivie is a Grant Macewan student studying commerce and business development. She enjoys talking to people and providing the experience of great hospitality. Ivie hopes to develop and grow, gaining a great understanding of dentistry and the impact of a great smile. She enjoys watching tv shows, board games, and spending time with her friends, family, and bunny, Bunbun.
Chentong
Chentong’s experience began in China where she was trained and certified at Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an acupuncturist. She worked as an acupuncturist at Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital for over 11 years. Her passion for health care led her to pursue the dental industry when she moved to Canada. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She graduated from KDM Dental College as a Registered Dental Assistant.
She has established herself in Edmonton, and enjoys exploring nature through hiking, gardening, and running.
Xiaoyang
Xiaoyang moved to Canada in 2018 from China and completed her Dental Assistant Diploma at KDM Dental College. Before becoming a dental assistant, she used to live in China and Germany as a service engineer. In her spare time, she enjoys playing board games and reading with her son. One day, she’d like to visit South America.
Rebecca
Rebecca is our sterilization technician who is working towards her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and is currently studying to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She strongly values patient-centered care and hopes to join the BQDC family as a hygienist in the near future.
She is passionate about helping those in need and gives back to the community by volunteering for initiatives such as SHINE dentistry and local food banks. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time bouldering, baking and camping.
Lai
Lai is a Registered Dental Assistant who graduated from NAIT. She migrated to Canada from Malaysia in 2006 and has over 10 years of dental experience. She speaks some Mandarin and Cantonese. Providing excellent and gentle dental care are important to her.
Lai keeps a beautiful garden, loves the outdoors and volunteers often in church.
Anne
Born in Canada and proud of her Austrian Heritage, Anne is one of our Sterilization Technicians.
Anne knows how critical oral health is from personal experience, having had braces and her wisdom teeth extracted. She appreciates the importance of sterilization protocols for your health and safety. Anne has a genuine passion to support our office and to make people smile. In her spare time she enjoys road trips, taking her pup Grizzly Bear for walks, and reading. She’s a fan of Marvel and is now hooked on the new TV series, The Last Of Us.
Samiha
Samiha Rahman is an active Registered Dental Hygienist. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2016 and her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene Specialization in Head and Neck Reconstruction and Rehabilitation both from University of Alberta. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, watching movies and trying new foods. She has volunteered in various research projects including the development of an oral health protocol for stroke rehabilitation.
Meghan
Meghan graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in Toronto, ON. She has always been passionate about the dental field. Prior to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, she first started her career journey as a Registered Dental Assistant.
She enjoys exploring the world through food and culture. Meghan loves to go to hotpot with her friends and spend her summers by the lake or exploring new hiking trails.
Marguerite
Marguerite was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 2003. She completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2011 and her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012, both at the University of Alberta. She is also a part-time instructor of the local anesthesia module at the University of Alberta. Marguerite is passionate about oral health and strives to educate and empower her clients to achieve their optimal health and well-being.
Marguerite is an avid traveller and a passionate volunteer. In 2018, she joined a local non-profit organization in a dental mission to Cotacacchi, Ecuador, where she provided dental hygiene services to the underserved population. She also loves spending time with her husband and their dog Tulie, staying active outdoors and becoming fluent in her third language – Ukrainian.
